Jaquan supported this team through contracts with Pulse Learning and Synergis. While on the team, Jaquan transitioned from writer to learning experience designer. ATD Instructional Design Certificate

The Asssociation of Talent Development’s Instructional Design Certificate focuses on outcome-based learning using proven instructional design approaches, practical models and templates, and an iterative process that considers learner and stakeholder input.

By the end of the program, learners were able to:

  • Apply learning theories and models, the steps of ADDIE, and the needs assessment process to face-to-face learning events

  • Identify behavioral outcomes and create learning objectives for face-to-face learning events

eCornell’s Project Management certificate program provided proven strategies and practical, hands-on tools to drive successful project outcomes. I learned how to scope projects effectively, set key milestones, improve time budgeting and resource allocation, and get projects done on time and within budget.
